Yes Straws is a company that was created with the goal of replacing toxic plastic drinking straws. Our story began in 2018 when we started to notice news articles about how plastic straws were being banned in various areas of the United States and countries of the European Union. Initially, we were not aware of the reason behind these bans, but as we researched further, we were horrified by what we found.

The pollution crisis around the world is getting worse and worse. The oceans and beaches of our planet are covered in waste, and there are heartbreaking videos of animals like sea turtles dying because of plastic straws getting stuck in their noses. With almost 8.3 billion straws polluting our beaches, it is clear that something needs to be done.

That's why we created Yes Straws, to offer a eco-friendly alternative to plastic straws. Our straws are made of sustainable materials that are biodegradable and compostable.
